My
mission is to help clients put structure around
transition. I coach clients to be realistically bold in
opening doors to new opportunities in organizational,
career or life transition.
I
help my career transition clients put structure around
the chaos and ambiguity of career change. Together we
craft accomplishment-based resumes, value proposition
profiles, job-search plans and tactical strategies to
stay productive and land the desired role. I meet with
clients in person and via Skype, telephone or email. So,
where you live doesn't matter.
I
work with organizations to identify their talent
acquisition and development needs, design strategies and
action items to address those needs, and assist them in
the follow up to ensure a return on investment.
I
deliver workshops and presentations to organizations on
a variety of topics in the career management field.
I
